Ann Taylor Expands Its Corporate Casual Image with Eberjay Lingerie

This is a match we didn't see coming: Soft, sexy lingerie brand Eberjay is partnering with Ann Taylor on affordable underthings. The collection is named Bluebird, as in "of happiness," and the early images do inspire a certain optimism.

Eberjay divided the line into three sets, all of which start at $16. The Amaya set involves mesh and lace and runs to $28; Isabella is made of more delicate galloon lace and costs up to $36; and Sienna, which is intended for everyday, is made out of something called power net and sells for up to $26. Ann Taylor has been working for a while now to shed its office-y image, so this seems like a wise move, even if "power net" does sound like what you put under your power suit. The skivvies arrive in 30 select Ann Taylor stores this month.
