The marked-down womenswear at Barneys Co-op might have left the Ladies of Racked empty-handed and doubting the prospects at February’s looming Barneys Warehouse Sale. But, judging from the packed racks of menswear reductions in the rear of the store—we have some serious sale shopping to look forward to.
Last night we were greeted by stuffed racks of Marc by Marc Jacobs tees and shirting; Paul Smith henleys and dress shirts; A.P.C. outerwear; Richard Chai knits and woolens; Pendleton flannels; polka dots by Chloë Sevigny For Opening Ceremony; blazers by Shipley & Halmos; and exclusive plaid button downs by Gant. All sale items—ranging from a slightly anemic array of shoes to the bursting rows of blazers, outwear, knits, shirts, pants and denim were already marked down about 40%; and, said sale items are an additional 33% off lowest marked prices.

Though we didn't make any purchases the array of product (did we mention Vans, Nice Collective, Raf Simons x Fred Perry, Trovata, Phillip Lim, RRL) and variety of sizes (lots of smalls and mediums) are getting us pretty excited about next month's sale. Pop in for a scan; leave with a plan—Barneys Warehouse Sale isn’t going to know what hit it.
