Behold the egg chair, a curvy little number Alexander McQueen created for his store in 2002. At the time, it was sorely lacking in houndstooth, but McQueen has righted that wrong with his dapper new 2009 edition. Only five of the chairs will be produced this fall, although the company has another round planned for Christmas. Stop by the McQueen store in the Meatpacking District if you'd like to investigate for yourself—their egg chair won't go on sale for another month, but at least you can check out the skull zipper pulls in person.
