Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Get a first look at Oak's fall line as well as the boutique's new collection, Black Label, tonight at an in-store preview that's open to the public. The event takes place at Oak's Bond Street shop (28 Bond Street, NY, NY 10012) from 6pm-9pm, with free booze to boot. Of the new fall wares, expect "sharp silhouettes and dark shapes, the pieces play with industrial textures, tailored lines, clean layers and washed leathers." And, as far as Black Label is concerned, it'll include: "limited edition versions of our favorite oak styles, in leather, fur and cashmere. These pieces are made to order and available at this event only." Check out our gallery for Oak's new FW09 lookbook, which features pieces from both lines. [Racked Inbox]
