As the Fashion's Night Out press releases continue to roll in, we're getting more excited in general for September 10, but also trying not to overlook some of the quieter events that look extra promising. One such surprise is the Vogue Alumni House, or FNO's own pop-up shop, devoted to the various brands of former Vogue staffers gone native.
Open for one night only?September 10 of course?the shop will be in the Bellhaus space at 57 Bond Street, and will partner up with the nearby Billy Reid and Rogan boutiques to host a block party of downtown cool.
The lines Hester, Duskin, Doucette Duvall, Thread Social, Prova, Gryphon and Wren will all be on offer, their designers being two former André Leon Talley assistants, two fashion writers and a jewelry and watch editor. They'll even be selling customized versions of the official Fashion's Night Out T-shirt, as modeled in the picture above.
Their Facebook Page sweetens the deal by hinting at DJs and appearances by Brad Goreski (the bow-tied assistant to Rachel Zoe and everyone's favorite gay on TV this season) and Derek Blasberg. It will be BYOB, however: Bring Your Own Bow-tie.
