We're not going to pretend we understand why the mannequin above, photographed in the window of Union Square men's store Rothman's, isn't wearing any pants. (If there's one thing mannequins usually have access to, it's pants.) But the good people at Rothman's have thoughtfully covered his junk with a black "Censored" bar, so at least he's not embarrassing himself. According to Restless, this is all part of a rock-and-roll themed display, somehow.
