Menswear boutique chain Odin is gearing up for some major growth this fall. First up, reports Material Interest: A store swap. Oliver Spencer will take over Odin's little East Village shop Den, which has hitherto operated as a rotating single-brand pop-up shop, and Odin will open in Oliver Spencer's space at 750 Greenwich St in Greenwich Village. (There's a business connection there: The Odin owners are Oliver Spencer investors.) Den will re-appear in Soho, as part of the Odin flagship down there. Expect all the changes to take hold the first week in September.
Then! This October, Odin launches three unisex scents: "Nomad, an oriental; Owari, a citrus; and Century, a woody chypre." Shortly thereafter, they'll be putting out a menswear line, Edward, designed with Duckie Brown duo Steven Cox and Daniel Silver. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but we suspect womenswear won't be too far behind.
