A special Racked correspondent reports delays at the Cynthia Rowley sample sale, which was set to begin at 11:30 this morning at Rowley's Bleecker Street store. Details: "The sample sale is in the back showroom of the store and the salesgirls are still setting that up. A few minutes ago they unloaded some party dresses from a cab. No line, but a few diehard shoppers either sitting (one lady) in the store or pacing in front of the store (including me). I overheard that it'll be resort and samples for sale." Full report to come.
