Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

EVERYWHERE—If there was ever even a shadow of a doubt that fixed gear bikes were having a moment, it's been put to rest now that Urban Outfitters has teamed up with Florida-based website Republic Bike. At the Urban Outfitters Bicycle Shop, users can pick their favorite colors for the grips, rims, frame, saddle and tires, and get the whole 24-pound contraption mailed to them for $399. Animal New York documents the reaction among biking aficionados. In short: "There goes the neighborhood." [ANY]

SOHO—We learn via Glamour's Twitter that the pop-up shop from LA vintage emporium Decadestwo, which was so popular (although expensive) back in May, is going to return to the space above Kiki De Montparnasse this fall. File this one under "developing." [Twitter]
