Above the Fray: Halston Delivers, Especially for 37s

Halston fans who wear a size 37 shoe will want to stop by 96 Spring Street sometime in the next three days for the brand's sample sale, where a multitude of fall shoes in the European equivalent of a size 6 1/2 are going for $75 to $150. Those with bigger feet and/or bigger wallets might not do too badly there either, according to Sample Sally, who spotted "actual production samples and one-of-a-kinds" among the $150 tops and $295 dresses. Sally also noticed "a rack of lovely evening dresses for $595" and "buttery leather handbags" for only $150, which might actually be the best bet there.
