In an interview with DesignGlut, Lola Ehrlich of Lola Hats discusses her decision to move her studio from Manhattan to Brooklyn, and of the buyers' response. "The buyers for 'The Majors' – Bergdorf’s, Saks, Nieman's, Barneys, all those places – they won’t come to Brooklyn. They’ve never been in Brooklyn! The foreign buyers love it, though. They have heard of Bushwick, so they trek all the way out here and take lots of pictures!" Ooh, Manhattan buyers just got burned. [DesignGlut]
