Fashion Week seems to have bounced back from the uncertainty that plagued it last February, but some designers who took their shows off-site aren't planning to return to the tents this September."For the second consecutive season, Betsey Johnson, Marchesa, Monique Lhuillier and Carmen Marc Valvo will be staging presentations off-site." But! "Tory Burch will hold her presentation in Bryant Park for the first time on Sept. 16." Try not to think too hard about the symbolism there. [WWD]
