Bag brand Bulga opens its first New York retail location today, but it's a little bit secret. The shop is at 39th between Seventh and Eighth in the heart of the nigh boutique-less Garment District, and it doesn't have a traditional storefront. At the moment, it's meant to be a place where friends of the store and industry types can find past-season merchandise. It officially opens to the public in mid-August, however, and they certainly won't turn you away if you show up now.
