SOHO—Prices tend to drop on the final day of the Alexander Wang sample sale (in this case, tomorrow), but a commenter reports and a tipster confirms that they've already begun to drop. Per the commenter: "They marked down prices: Infamous sweatpants $40, jacket $125 etc..." And per our informant: "The pink backless blazer was $395, now it's $245. Racer back bubble print dress was $155, now $135." If you're looking for more information about the scene, check out another commenter's in-depth account of her experience Thursday afternoon. Highlight: "When retrieving your bag upon departure, they ask what brand it is. Wow." [RackedWire; Previously]

WILLIAMSBURG—The Yoko Devereaux boutique officially closes this weekend, so they're holding an estate sale at the store (338 Broadway) from noon to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. On offer: Electronics, fixtures, plants, office furniture, appliances from designer Andy Salzer's apartment (he lives behind the store), and of course the brand's clothes. After this, the clothing sale continues on the website until it's all sold out. [Racked Inbox]
