There's no mistaking the focus of up-and-coming designer Kathryn Amberleigh's recently-opened Nolita boutique. All traces of the Mott Street storefront's former inhabitant, Alice + Olivia, have been erased; the space has been transformed into a white box lined with footwear. Aside from a bench in the back, where shoppers can try pairs on in front of a tall mirror, the boutique's sole adornment is Amberleigh's line. Styles include hot pink cage heels, blue suede platform wedges, black patent flats, and red snakeskin pumps, all priced from about $140 to $300. For more on the store (including some great close-up shots of the shoes), click over to Running With Heels or Examiner.
