Above the Fray: Rag & Bone Restocking in the WVill

While shoppers in the Flatiron District were busy buying up hundreds of dollars worth of scented candles and room sprays yesterday, fashionable types in the West Village were elbow-deep in denim and cashmere at the Rag & Bone sale on Christopher Street. Sale blogger Sample Sally stopped by and nabbed a few photos (including one of the price list). Her report: "rag & bone’s sought-after jeans ($79 for all denim) were going fast. But don’t panic, ladies, a salesperson told me that they had boxes of stuff ready to go out Friday. Mostly stretch skinny jeans in lightweight fabric for the summer were on offer. I also saw straight-legged jeans. As for other merchandise, the store had racks of dresses, pants, sweaters, jackets and much much more. Limited sizes for those items. There were some really nice knits – cotton lightweight sleeveless dresses and tops." Rag & Bone superfans: Are the deals better than at the Clothingline sale?
