Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

People who spend a lot of time in LA are always raving about Shareen's, a giant warehouse full of vintage clothes run by a former stylist. A few months ago a very excited tipster sent us an email heralding Shareen's move east, and now Lucky's reporting that she's arrived.

The New York location, on the second floor of 13 W. 17th Street, isn't fully operational quite yet, but Shareen will be taking customers Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to about 10pm for the rest of the summer. There's no sign, but the place is easy to find: It's marked by a big red ballgown handing off the fire escape.
