It's hard to believe that, given all the bad press it's received, the Plaza Retail Collection could attract new tenants. But Fashion Week Daily informs us that designer and New York social scene fixture Douglas Hannant plans to open his first boutique in the basement mall August 1st. "The space will be designed by Hannant's longtime friend Jeffrey Bradfield, and it will feature Hannant's collection as well as his accessories, including a jewelry collaboration with Eva Jeanbart-Lorenzotti that will be sold exclusively in the store and through Vivre.com."
