As well-worn themes in art go, there's religion, there's classical mythology, there's romance, and then there's dogs who think they're people. Gotham Wine on the Upper West Side has embraced the latter in their current window, in which four dogs belly up to a bar, presumably after playing a round of poker while smoking cigars. What say you: Adorable, or a little black-velvet for your taste? Either way, it's for a good cause. The display is tied to Les Campagnons Wines, which gives a portion of each bottle they sell to local animal charities.
