A commenter stops by the VPL sale in Midtown, and comes away with the same thoughts we had when we shopped their last sale: the quality is great, and the clothing is cute, but the pricing is off. "I've never heard of this brand before, but I like the basic tanks, tees, and cardigans. I think the quality is even better than LNA and National Ltd. Their stuff works much better for me than clothing from Julie Haus. However, the price is still unbelievably high. I just couldn't justify myself to buy a lingerie-like basic tank for $57 at a sample sale! Most of other stuff is in $80-150 range. There was one rack of stuff labeled as 'Super deal', which is indeed cheaper. I picked a nice khaki top for $25, which is the price I think a sample sale should offer. But overall, the selection is very limited and prices are too high." [Racked Comments]
