Colorful womenswear label Callalilai is expanding again. The company, which opened their first stand-along store last April in Boerum Hill, followed by a Nolita boutique that bowed two months ago, has signed a lease for a third NYC shop on Broadway just south of Union Square. "The space was formerly an antiques shop with a handsome neo-classical facade. The deal includes a 1,600-square-foot basement." [Crain's]
