Downtown Brooklyn's 345 Adams is about to start trying to fill its two floors of retail with upscale shops, and the broker sounds very optimistic about who's going to move in: "Not a Staples and not a Duane Reade, although I’ve been approached by both, and maybe not a Tiffany’s, but definitely something like a Brooks Brothers.” The space, adds the developer, will "out-Saks Saks.” [Brooklyn Eagle]
