Woody Allen's lawsuit against American Apparel isn't over yet, but a judge did rule that he's not responsible for backing up his statement that the company's ads are "sleazy." In a deposition, Allen called the ads "sexually gross, in a witless and infantile way." AA demanded that he specify which ads, but the judge called that unnecessary. [NYP]
