This morning, Topshop launched a guest designer line by Barbara "don't call me Biba" Hulanicki. While she's a household name in the British fashion world, most American Topshoppers are just now being introduced to Hulanicki's designs. But sticking true to their British roots, Topshop made her the center of attention today: Shoppers were greeted by the line's many scarves, t-shirts, and frocks the moment they entered the store; fliers scattered about proclaimed the designer "one of the most iconic figures of British fashion."
Price points for the collection aren't too shabby, with dresses priced around $100 and scarves for $44—though when we dropped by, shoppers didn't seem to be biting. You know, Hulanicki just doesn't have the same ring as Moss.—Inae Oh
