LES boutique Stella Filante has angered one customer with its strange tax charges, and that angry customer has taken to the internet to complain. From neighborhood blog BoweryBoogie: 'I was charged 8.75% tax on one item that shouldn't even have been charged and the same on another item that should have been charged at the 4.375% rate. When I brought this to their attention they responded by telling me that their "accountants wanted it this way." Considering that way is technically illegal, I'm not entirely sure that was the case.'
