One of Rachel Zoe's favorite LA-based consignment shops, Decadestwo, is coming to New York. The store is opening a pop up above Kiki de Montparnasse in Soho from May 14th through the 17th.
Why? Well consignment stores are some of the only retailers actually doing well right now, and allure of pop ups doesn't seem to have faded yet. WWD reports that "Selma Blair, Rachel Zoe and Monet Mazur are among the celebrities who have donated pieces to be sold." A portion of the proceeds will go to charity. The temporary store will only open to the public on its last day; shoppers can expect to find labels like Chanel, Balenciaga and Chloé marked up to 80% off. Maybe if it does well NYC will get a real, permanent Decades outpost.
