BJ's Wholesale Club has their sights set on Brooklyn and Queens. Following news that they're interested in the Red Hook waterfront, Crain's reports that the company has recently signed a lease "for 121,000 square feet at Muss Development’s sprawling shopping center at Sky View Parc on College Point Boulevard in Flushing, Queens." BJ's neighbors will be Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Target and Applebee's. Because where one huge chain goes, others will follow. [Crain's; Previously]
