Designer Rogan Gregory's second collaboration with Target debuted online and at select Targets nationwide yesterday. The line got significantly less publicity than the mass retailer's collaboration with Alexander McQueen, for which advertising is still plastered about Manhattan; promotional efforts seem to be focused on the west coast, which makes sense given the beachy nature of the clothing.
