Is Beyoncé going to release a perfume? This is the theory being propagated by LA blog Fashion Rules, which points out that last week Jay-Z signed a big deal with scent company Parlux to "market and distribute fragrances for his stable of talent," including a "well known female recording artist." Since Beyoncé hasn't signed with any other major fragrance company, she could very well be that artist. [Fashion Rules]
