Last year, Van Cleef & Arpels sued jeweler Mouawad for designing a line that looked a bit too much like their Alhambra collection. The companies settled out of court, agreeing that Mouawad had until June 30th of this year to sell off the line. Unfortunately, this makes things rather difficult for QVC, which is selling the Mouawad jewelry, so now they're suing the company too, this time for failing to disclose that limits set by the earlier settlement. The line, by the way? The Heidi Klum Collection. Meaning that just because the Project Runway lawsuit has finally been settled doesn't mean poor Heidi's legal problems are over. [WWD]
