More signs of life have appeared outside the Derek Lam store in Soho. The Crosby Street locale now boasts heavy glass windows and doors covered in city permits. But today's the first of April, meaning the designer has slightly overshot his opening day of early 2009. Looks like Racked isn't the only one eagerly anticipating the store's opening, as yesterday we spotted legendary fashion writer Lynn Yaeger outside, chatting away on her Blackberry.
