GREENPOINT—Quirky little design and home furnishings shop Jan and Äya just announced that they'll be closing their store, at 99 Franklin Street, by the end of March. They'll keep holding events and pop-up shops, though, and their website will continue unabated. Stay tuned for details on an in-store sale event later this month. [Racked Inbox]

CONEY ISLAND—Attention, aspiring flea market vendors! The Flea By the Sea, a new market due to open this summer in Coney Island, is looking for you. If you'd like to sell your wares while basking in sweet sea breezes and drinking giant neon-colored alcoholic slushies, email the guys running the show at fleabythesea@gmail.com. [Racked Inbox]
