Storecasting: J.Crew Men's Basks in Topshop's Reflected Glow

Topshop isn't the only big change coming to the block of Broadway between Broome and Grand. Next door to the British import, in the former home of a Universal News magazine shop, the J.Crew Men's store appears to be coming along nicely. The shop, which should borrow the old-timey all-American theme of the Liquor Store location, is set to open sometime this spring. Back in October when the news broke, we wrote "Will it beat Topshop? Probably" but unless there's a major upset in the next two days, it looks like Topshop will win this race after all.
