Jewelry and housewares giant Fortunoff filed for bankruptcy a couple weeks ago, but don't expect major savings at their liquidation sale. Madison Avenue spy calls it "very similar to the much publicized Circuit City sale, or non-sale. Jewelry and china are discounted just 10% off. Diamond studs and solitaires are only 15% off."
