Unexpectedly, the first images (that we've seen) of Tracy Feith's beachy line for Target have popped up on Bust magazine's blog. The collection, which will land in stores May 17th, contains a few flower-printed, ruffly dresses—but there are also some modish looking pieces, and one awful romper. Prices range from $23 to $45.
