For their recurring "Rules of Style" feature, Details checks in with gothy designer Rick Owens to see what he thinks men should be wearing. Though he hates the idea of 'rules', Owens obliges them. No. 3 on his list: "I've lived in Paris for six years, and I'm sorry to say that the Ugly American syndrome still exists.
