Bowery Boogie brings news of a new women's boutique on Ludlow between Stanton and Rivington. Stella Filante, Italian for "shooting star," is due open tomorrow and will "feature garments by many upstart designers." The place is opening in the former home of the Lower East Side Candy Corp, next to Piano's, and doesn't yet appear to have a website.
