If the summery pieces from Tracy Feith's Target line aren't you thing, there's always Matthew Williamson for H&M. The British designer, known for his love of bright colors and splashy patterns, has a line for the mass retailer coming out on April 23rd, about a month before Feith will debut in Targets nationwide. Here are some of the first photos of the women's offerings—a shimmery sequined dress, a blue blazer, a ruffled dress and an odd silk jumpsuit. Must every collection include a jumper these days?
