Two Racked commenters weigh in on the Rogan/Loomstate sale going on through Friday on West 36th Street. Both are positive, if vague, about the selection. The first, "There's a lot of Loomstate and Rogan for women. Not a diverse selection of clothes, but overall not too bad. Worth a trip if interested in denim, hoodies and tees.
