Marc Ecko has walked away from the massive Times Square space that the company was supposed to turn into a three-level flagship store. Ecko has been paying rent on the space for four and a half years, but according to the Post, they "never got past the planning stage." The building's owner is not happy. "The site's landlord, the nonprofit New 42nd Street, is 'pursuing legal ends' against the sportswear giant." This comes after the company mysteriously shuttered their warehouse on Sixth and 20th Street. [NYP; Previously]
