Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
We're not at Marc, but we are breathlessly refreshing Twitter for updates, the best of which seem to be coming from New York Magazine's The Cut and Booth Moore of the LA Times. The show started on time and ended a quick eight minutes later. In a stark contrast to William Rast, the place was celeb-free, though the Cut did spot French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld and Visionaire founder Cecilia Dean. And the clothes? Twittered the Cut: "Marc: Neon, pink and green. Sprouse-inspired? Mohawks. Huge shoulder pads." Twittered Booth: "Marc doing what Marc does best--downtown 80s vibe, Flock of Seagulls hair, insanely inventive neon sculpted dresses and jackets." We'll point you to some pics as soon as they hit the interwebs. [Cutblog; Booth1]
