Whoa whoa whoa. Is John Varvatos' line for Converse taking over Soho's old Te Casan store, or is it just some cheap ad space? The conversion would be easy; from a shoe store to another shoe store, and JV for Converse certainly has a large enough collection to use the space and enough Nike money to buy it.
