In possibly the best-ever use of Twitter, Dita von Teese is using hers to dole out make-up tips. She recommended MAC Russian Red lipstick for a good matte lip, and revealed that her favorite fragrance for years was Quelques Fleurs, but it's recently been supplanted by Dior's Collection Particulière.
