LA-based label Quail has teamed up with Nolita's Inven.tory on three lower-priced complements to their holiday '09 collection. The miniskirt is $85, the bomber is $172, and the head scarf is $38, and all three are so sparkly that it would be a crime to let them languish in your closet on New Year's Eve. In fact, forget New Year's Eve: It's cold and dark out there and nobody's going to blame you if you're wearing sparkles to the shampoo aisle at CVS.
