The Brooklyn Flea's Gifted pop-up closes on Christmas Eve, but the Brownstoner crew is going to bring us something even better in the New Year. People, prepare yourselves for the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Flea. Starting January 9, the Flea will set up in the gorgeous, high-ceilinged lobby of the iconic Fort Green building, which is also known as One Hanson Place. The lobby has sat empty for years, save for some high-end weddings, but in the old days it was occupied by an actual bank, and certain bank details remain, including (per the Cut) "kiosks, teller rooms, and even a vault with three-ton door." As locations go, this kind of beats a former Tower Records, no?
