Ad Eye Candy: M.A.C. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

The M.A.C. ads starring Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper are out and obviously kind of fabulous. Gaga seems to be making a conscious effort not to upstage her collaborators: As with her cameo in Beyoncé's "Videophone" video, she comes off more like a pretty blonde pop star than an alien queen. Still, it's hard to be generic when you're starring in a M.A.C. ad with Cyndi Lauper. The ad feels like a success to us. We just desperately wish we'd been able to hear what they talked about during the shoot.
