Wow, Miuccia Prada, way to give non-singing opera extras eating disorders. The Cut reports that Signora Prada—who is designing costumes for the Met's upcoming production of Giuseppe Verdi's Attila—took one look at said extras and declared, "I cannot clothe them! I need models!" We know Prada isn't exactly cut for larger-framed non-Europeans, but this is ridiculous. Not too ridiculous to keep the Met from recasting, but pretty ridiculous.
