Forever 21's new makeup line, "Love and Beauty," is coming out soon, and from the previews it appears to be pretty much what we thought it would be: sparkly, colorful and cheap. If you spend $75 at Forever 21 from now through Saturday you'll get a free sample of their new lipgloss. The makeup isn't actually up on the website yet, but it will probably be up by tomorrow because Forever 21 says website will be offering 10 percent off all makeup purchases from tomorrow, November 8, through November 14 with the code MAKEUP10.
