Margiela Artisanal Pieces Go Up on Yoox Monday

Ack, we're so excited we want to bold this whole post: Yoox will be listing about 100 pieces of classic Maison Martin Margiela Artisanal on its website this Monday, November 30. All the pieces are one-offs dating from 2005 to 2009, including a wig jacket, a jacket made of sandals and the famous disco ball top that Sasha Pivarova wore in French Vogue. There is also a Margiela wedding dress made of three vintage wedding dresses sewn together. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Rosa Spier House, a non-profit dedicated to housing retired artists and academics.
