Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Today's Street Scenes subject is Karl Edwin, shot on E. 21st Street between Park Avenue South and Gramercy Park West. Feel free to vote on whether you like or dislike his outfit below. Your choices are 'Perfection!,' 'So close,' 'I feel strangely ambivalent about it,' or 'Who did this to you?'

Karl Edwin is wearing a vintage Macy's Exclusive blazer, an equestrian waistcoat as a vest, a shirt from Brooks Brothers, a necktie and a pocket square from Ralph Lauren, and Ferragamo shoes. He can't remember where he got his pants, but his hat is Charles Knox (it's vintage) and he designed his own bag. His favorite bookstore is the Strand.
